All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by email. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.
We operate a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night's accommodation for any cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date or in the event of a no show.
